Giron Agency LLC ("we") collects personal information you provide through quote forms, the ACA consent form, phone calls, and email. We use this information solely to provide insurance brokerage services, comply with carrier and CMS recordkeeping requirements, and respond to your inquiries.

Information we collect

• Quote requests: ZIP code, optional name/email/phone, product interest, page source.
• ACA consent: full name, email, DOB, state, ZIP, IP address, consent scope.
• Server logs: IP address, user agent, page accessed (kept 90 days).

How long we keep it

• ACA consent records: 10 years, per 45 C.F.R. §155.220(j)(2)(ii).
• Lead records: 5 years, per Florida F.S. §626.748 (and as a TX-licensed agent best practice).
• Advertising file snapshots: 3 years, per 28 TAC §21.116.

Who we share it with

Carriers and CMS to process applications you authorize. Service providers (Cloudflare for hosting and data storage (D1), Azure Communication Services for email, Azure Cognitive Services / Azure OpenAI for AI-assisted features, and Cal.com for scheduling) under contractual data-protection obligations. Never sold.
