Does it speak Spanish?

Type your question in Spanish and the bot replies in Spanish. The scenarios are authored in English and machine-translated, so phrasing is functional rather than poetic.

Why are some answers vague?

When the question is plan-specific ("does Humana H4007 cover my insulin?"), the bot does not have access to live formulary data. It will explain what to look up and either pass you to our /drug-cost-checker/ page or ask if you want a call.
