- Every quarter, we diff your drug list against the latest CMS formulary update.
- If a change affects you, we text you within 7 days with a Cal.com link to fix it.
- You reply YES to book a 15-minute review, or STOP to unsubscribe.

Is this really free?
Yes. There is no cost to you. We absorb the SMS and email cost because the goal is to keep your Medicare coverage right year-round — when something changes that hurts you, you switch with us (or stay where you are if that is still best). It is a relationship not a transaction.
How often will you contact me?
Only when something changes. CMS publishes formulary updates quarterly (April, July, October, January). If a change affects you, you get a text within 7 days. If nothing changes that affects you, we go silent — no marketing spam.
What if I switch plans?
Update your plan in the portal and we resume monitoring under the new formulary. Or reply STOP to a text and we stop watching.
Do I need to be your client?
No. Plan Watch is open to any Texas or Florida resident with a Medicare plan. If you do not already have an agent and you want one, we are licensed and free. If you have an agent and like them, keep them.
